Deep in the northern Maine woods are some old steam locomotives that were used in the early 1900's to haul pulpwood...The forest has regrown and these are only accessible by snowmobile or ATV....This was kinda dangerous as i was all alone and 120 miles from my camp....But i made it safely!

People use cocktail sauce, not a lot of difference!
Cocktail Sauce on Shrimp Cocktail, boiled Crab Claws or cold Lobster! Tartar Sauce on Clams! My unwritten rules! 😂😅
Just add lemon juice, horseradish and a little tobasco to ketchup and you've got cocktail sauce!

im back again because this is too good
in my home town we had soft shell clammers. they made solid money but man is it hard work. the forks have to be under a certain length. ruins their backs bending over like that all morning. those guys earn their money. we had some of the very best softshell clams in the world, sold locally as well as shipped all over the world.
